By accessing or using KhelBhumi (www.khelbhumi.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including players, coaches, organisers, and visitors.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use KhelBhumi. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. By using KhelBhumi, you represent that you meet these age requirements. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • One person may not maintain more than one free account • Account sharing with others is not permitted

You agree NOT to: • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Harass, bully, or threaten other users • Share another person's private information without consent • Use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorisation • Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without permission • Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights • Use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the platform

• Content you post (photos, text, match records) remains your property • By posting content, you grant KhelBhumi a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform • KhelBhumi owns all platform elements including the interface, branding, and underlying software • You may not copy, modify, or distribute KhelBhumi's proprietary content without written permission

KhelBhumi provides tools to organise sports events but is not responsible for: • Physical injuries sustained during events • No-shows or cancellations by participants • Venue availability or conditions • Disputes between participants Event organisers are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate permits, insurance, and safety measures.

KhelBhumi's marketplace facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of sports equipment and services. KhelBhumi: • Does not guarantee the quality or condition of listed items • Is not a party to transactions between users • Does not provide buyer or seller protection • Recommends users meet in public places for in-person transactions

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or at our discretion with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your public profile will be removed, though some anonymised activity data may be retained for platform analytics.

KhelBhumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform • That the platform will be free of errors or bugs • The accuracy of user-generated content • Outcomes of matches, events, or connections made through the platform

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
